My complaint:
I called the DSS of Cumberland County starting on January 27, 2020 thru January 30, 2020 and was transferred to the Medicaid department and nobody never answered. I asked to speak to the Director of the DSS and was told that she was not available and I asked for them to transfer me to her and was told that I would have to be transferred to the Medicaid department. I never got a return phone call from my Medicaid Worker. I finally spoke to the Medicaid Supervisor and she an answer my question.
Suggested solution:
There should be a better way to contact the person who you need to contact.
