My complaint:
I enjoy watching many CBS program including the Price is right. I play the sweepstakes home game. I tried the third party offers given on the phone. One offers was to get gift cards for a small fee. It’s a scam. Didn’t get gift cards. No followup notices. Just charges for services I didn’t need.
Suggested solution:
Change offers so no one else is scammed.
