My complaint:
You continually interrupt the afternoon two shows I watch with news?? inserts like the Jan 6 crap that is over 2 years ancient history and should be shown on your dedicated news channels for people who want to watch it. I watch The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful daily for enjoyment and relaxation. I would be more than grateful if you will leave these shows alone and put the interruptions on your news channels where they belong!!!!
Suggested solution:
Put the news interruptions like this on the other News channels, CBS has plenty of options of channels to use, the viewers do not have options on where they can watch the shows that are being interrupted.
