My complaint:
i was given appointment on 8/14/2023 to get help with a bill when i arrived it was around 12:15 the lady let me in as i was getting papers together the lady came back and said she could pay bill i ask why she said the bill was 240.00 but i called after she told me and fpl voice mail told me i would be 151.29 to get bill payed but last week when i call i was told i could pay different but was not giving this offer this round i started think i remember she told me years ago they would never help again due to a very large gas bill were gas was being changed over and i had a issue with palatka gas and the question she ask me. im not sure if she the person but i instantly sunk in i has beening try for 2 month to a appointment and she final give me just to say no i am in need of help due to not working and light bill 151.29 a gas /water being ajust dont known what i gotta pay my health insurance is due on 9/1/2023 i really sturggleing i could have pay the different and iknown im begging for help i just say okay and hung up i call st augstine and was told to make a complaint about issue.
Suggested solution:
Alease let me fill out paper work and pay the bill i had the different under my car seat or bottom of my purse. why tell u cant when you really could help me i guess i have until the 18th so i working on it i just pray on with verse 92 and 35 and add 23 along with something move for me
