My complaint:
Cashed out back in December or January, was promised my redemption within 24 hours after cash out, never received a dime. No emails letting me know anything, no trying to contact me in any way, just seems like another scam on people that had high hopes on the winnings
Suggested solution:
Pay me the amount that I cashed out at
