Catch Bingo Collector complaint: Deposit approving issue

My complaint:

I reached $1000 to cash out in the app. Then to approve was told to play bingo 30 times which I did. Then it’s saying yo watch 10 ads to approve? Is this a scam? I feel like I keep doing stuff required to approve my cash out and it’s going to keep giving me tasks. Now it says checking and will take about 6 days to be approved and processed?
