My complaint:
Applied for a loan at capital finance and was asked to deposit or cash send 5500 to them for the admin fee. Payment notification was send from absa account and would have been in on the 2nd of Aug. When asked when the payment will reflect they said we must pay in another 5900 and the payment will reflect at 12hoo on the 3rd Aug. When asking for notification of payment the director Roger instructed we have to pay another 7000 or we will not receive our loan. After each payment they say there will not be anymore payments that we have to make. Still no loan and sent them 11400. Please help
