My complaint:
This happened in Calico Motel, 500 S Beach Blvd @ anaheim, ca.
The owner of the motel is a complete scammer.
1. My wife and I stayed the first night and crashed right away.
2. The next morning, we found out that…
-There were rap droppings in the cabinet,
-fridge and microwave were so filthy, we could not use them,
-a hole on the inside part of the bathroom door which the owner tried to blame on us when it was there from the beginning,
-stains in the shower bathtub,
-stains in the walls of the room.
We stayed in room 112.
I tried to reason with the owner as soon as I discovered at how disgusting the place is and request for a partial refund; he would not.
I then request for a deluxe king room which I originally payed for and ordered: he would not.
I then requested for a full fefund; he said no.
I walked away angrily and cursing at him out of frustration and he told one of his workers to check if we had smoked in the room. His worker said no.
I complained to the worker and he said he has our complete support. I took pictures of all the mess and posted it everywhere online.
I am now currently waiting for bookings.com to return their progress with me, messages the Federal Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commissions, and my banker, to give me updates on the current situation. I may have to take this to court. I had also called the manager back and he called me the B word.

Full refund, and consumer and health investigation.
