My complaint:
Sunday 5:30 pm there is no meat except shredded chicken. We were not told this until after standing in line for 10 minutes. Once at the counter, the guy tells us this. I said, why not put a sign on the door stating this? The guy says, we don’t have any paper. I lost my cool as I am grabbing the paper on the plastic shield that says, sorry for the inconvenience, we are only accepting credit cards.
A customer in line behind me says, this happens all the time at this location.
Suggested solution:
First: fire the manager.
Second: fire the guy that says we don't have any paper.
Third: close the store when they don't have any meat.
Forth: tell cooperate to send me a gift card for any other restaurant besides Cafe Rio.
