My complaint:
I’m a Caesars Total Rewards Gold member and still have to pay for parking! I lose every time we come down there. I came down and parked for a half hour to just run in the casino and get a reward that they were giving to their members if they reserved. Well long story short 3 visits lost well over $3000 and come down for half hours worth of parking and have to pay $20!!! So mad!!
Suggested solution:
Caesars entertainment should reimburse me and then they should offer free parking for everyone who comes to lose in their casinos!! They are already making enough money off of us!!!
