My complaint:
my service stopped working, it would half work but not where i live the service seemed to get worse and worse daily, cspire said i lived far from a tower, and they would let me out of contract at no charge because of the fact that they know my service was horrible at my house, so i ported my numbers out to another carrier, yet cspire wants to charge me a whole month of service, how can u charge me for something that doesnt half work?
Suggested solution:
credit me for the unused service, i had 4 days on the current billing cycle , the rest of the month of service should be credited
