My complaint:

This is a serious warning to anyone considering using Bybit. My account (UID: 181678341) with a balance of 21,277 USDT has been frozen without any valid explanation.

I have been more than patient:
• 24 hours passed – no clarification.
• 48 hours passed – only generic excuses.
• 72 hours passed – still the same copy-paste replies.
• After 1 week, nothing changed.
• Finally, they told me to wait 30 days, which is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers.

I submitted every required document and repeatedly contacted customer support, yet there has been no real progress. This is not just negligence – this behavior feels like outright fraud.

I want to make it absolutely clear: I have already reported this case to the authorities, including financial regulators. Freezing more than 21,277 USDT without a proper reason or timeline is not only unprofessional, it may also be illegal.

If Bybit does not immediately return my funds, I will escalate this matter to every legal channel available, involve the media, and share my case widely across international trading communities to warn others.

Bybit, you are holding customers’ money hostage. Return my funds now before this turns into a much bigger scandal.
