My complaint:
Bybit doesn’t allow selling existing position. Bybit Supports Team sent a link saying it’s due to regulation but same link says selling withdrawal is allowed. I’m losing as I can not even close my positions when market is very high and before starts dropping. Example my IMX, SOL positions.
1) when will you fix this?
2) Will you compensate for my profit loss?
Suggested solution:
They should immediately fix the issue compensate the loss of profit by calculating highest price of IMX on 6th November and SOL on 1st November, 2023
