My complaint:
A couple of weeks ago all my assets (about $4000) were stolen form my Bybit account. As it turned out I was talking with fraudsters who were pretending to be Bybit support in the chat. They made it so realistic and there were no warnings whatsoever from the system that something suspicious was going on.
After that, I asked real Bybit support to help me with assisting in recovering my assets but the only thing they offered was to go to the police station. Although I let them know that there’s no proper legislation in my country to to initiate proceedings on this matter, they kept recommending the same thing.
I find this unfair that they can’t guarantee the safety of the deals on their apps. So unless you are an avid trader you’re going to fall into trap of the scammers.
I’m begging you to help me sort this out, because that money was all I had and now I don’t know how I’m going to make the ends meet with paying my rent, bills and study fees.
Suggested solution:
I want my assets back (4000$) because I believe they were as much responsible for providing an absolute safe place for my assets.
