My complaint:

Hey, I hope you’re doing well. I am here to complain about bybit’s scam supporting policies. Through Bybit’s P2P platform i was purchasing USDT in exchange of euros by Bybit’s verified merchant. Despite of Bybit’s unverified merchants fair rates we place orders to verified sellers believing they are Bybit’s verified. Once I paid euros, the seller didn’t released USDTs and I appealed it. Bybit’s customer support contacted me within 6 hours and after providing all of the proofs they stopped replying me for more than two weeks. Yesterday Bybit’s customer support messaged me that the seller has withdrawn his funds and we can’t help recovering your loss. How Bybit can allow fraudulent seller to withdraw his funds despite his order is under appeal? Binance freeze seller’s assests once his order got appealed. I believe due to Bybit’s scam friendly rules we customers are getting scammed that’s why bybit should compensate our money and strict their policies so that no one can get scammed. I had messaged them a lot they respond quickly at first but after they don’t reply. My mom’s is hospital admitted, my father is heart patient and being student single penny means a lot to me. If you can help forcing Bybit for compensation, I will be very gratefull to you guys with the core of my heart.

Suggested solution:

They should compensate the buyer and freeze the seller's assets while his P2P order is under appeal.
