My complaint:

I opened an account with Bwin around 3 weeks ago and deposited £2000 from my bank account and then placed 2 football bets , both bets won and with my £2000 deposit my balance was over £5500 , Bwin then closed my account and sent me an email after 4 days to say they had made a business decision to close my account and I would not be receiving any winnings, I emailed them back continuously asking why they had the right to do this and they refuse to answer my questions and they even took my £2000 from my bank so basically stealing my money as well as keeping my £3500 winnings .

They should return my money from my bank and also pay my winnings as they accepted my bet and should be gentlemanly enough to pay my winnings of £3500 as well as my stake of £2000 ..
