My complaint:
Upon entering the restaurant, a fowl order is the first thing I came upon and asked the manager about it and was told yes they were aware of it.
Placed my order and asked the girls behind the counter about the mistakes they were making in getting my order readuy. While I was waiting saw flies flying around the food and saw that there was a missing tile on the floor next to assembly line and there was water around it and flies were flying in that area also. Finally I received my order and asked one more time if they got it correct and answer was yes. Open my order at home and there was an order that I ordered but did not received. Paid $6.29 it and did not get anything.
Suggested solution:
The restaurant need to be clean, flies need to be taken care, the missing tile needs to be replace and there should be no water on the floor that looks mildew around the area.
No need to get anything free. Will not go back to this place again. Looks very unclean. Even the ceiling tiles looks nasty.
Went to eat to bushs chicken on 1332 se military and I was the only one with my husband and was waiting for some one to take my order and I see the employees busy and everything and the lady in the black t shirt was just looking at us not even trying to take our order wild we was flirting with a cook in the back and she was the only one that could’ve took are order since her all employees look busy . Bad customer service honestly
