My complaint:
3 weeks ago I contacted argos to tell them my washing machine broke, they said I was to contact BUSH directly, but there contact centre closes at 5. So had to wait until the day after to contact them. After finally getting in contact and repeating myself about 7 times they asked for pictures and booked me a slot to “repair” it.. 3 weeks later we still haven’t got it sorted. 3 weeks of having no washing machine! A family of 5, my kids have clean uniforms every day, me and my daughter work in a food place and requires clean uniforms every day also! I just don’t understand how they can leave a family with out a washing machine for that long!! We don’t have any laundrettes close by.. so that isn’t an option.. with the washer only being 6 months old I would have expected them to replace it or get someone out sooner. But they’re just not bothered!!
Suggested solution:
Send someone out ASAP!!! Or replace my washing machine because I will be taking this matter further. But after reading the reviews, I’m absolutely not hopeful in the slightest. I will never buy a product from Argosbush again!! And if I could give them 0 stars I would!!
