My complaint:
I brought veet facial hair removal cream. I did I patch test as I do ever time I’ve been using this product a while but decided to try a different brand and I went with veet. I completed the patch test and everything was fine. I applied the cream to my face and left it. Once the five minutes was up I removed the cream and put a light moisturiser on top after clean and after a couple of minutes I was in agonising pain and had to be rushed to AE. I have ended up with burns and blisters on my face due to this TERRIBLE product i haven’t left the house in days as it has made me so ugly and I now have no self confidence. This product has ruined me.
Suggested solution:
I believe I should have some form of compensation due to the pain I’ve been out through. And the products I have brought, I believe I deserve a refund.
