My complaint:
On 9822 we must fly to Sofia; Bulgaria air canselled fly to Sofia. We had a lot problem late in evening to retturn to Sofia. Lost hotel in Sofia and extra money and time from our vacation in BG, We need to be compencate with my hasband.
Suggested solution:
I send e-mail to BG air befor 2 mo. No answer
