My complaint:

I ordered some anti wrinkle eye cream from Brighten for $79, which came with a 60 day money back guarantee, but a return label was absent. I returned the unused portions to the address it was shipped from, called several places requesting a cancellation but all of them denied being affiliated with Brighten. I was sent another shipment last month money was automatically deducted from my account. I immediately shipped it back but haven’t heard anything from the company neither has my money been returned. I don’t really want to accuse the company of being a fraudulent scam, but I think it needs to be investigated.
