My complaint:
I downloaded the app, I got charged for 97 dollars for a subscription that I didn’t subscribed to, I kindly asked for a refund that same day which was Monday August 5th 2025, the refund got “submited” and they told me that I would get my money back in 3-5 business days. I just want my money back and end with this argument
Suggested solution:
They should just send me my money ASAP, I’ve been patient but it’s been a hassle
