My complaint:
It created fraudulent invoices bearing it’s letter head and false Zimbabwe Revenue Authority stamps purporting to have sold fuel to my Zimbabwean company whereas there was no such a relationship. It further misrepresented to South Africa Revenue Services by declaring my company as its consignee in the purported exportation of distilled fuel. It claimed export refund against the back drop of fraudulent export documents. My company was investigated for fuel smuggling by Zimbabwean authorities and pursuant to the investigations its bank account was frozen. My company lost business due to the theft of its trade name and its fraudulent use thereof.
Suggested solution:
They must pay the damages for my loss
