My complaint:
As a problem gambler I have self excluded myself from all casinos and bookmakers. Some how BOTB is excluded from this regulation as they are deemed a ‘skill based game’. This is wrong on so many levels and I have lost hundreds of pounds on BOTB whilst being self excluded. All of which BOTB have shown no empathy or care for in their responses to me.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse all my money lost whilst I have been self excluded on Gamstop due to my problem gambling. And more safety measures in place to protected problem gamblers.
