My complaint:
I am a die heart Bose FAN and have to go to a public forum as a last resort after having a terrible experience with Bose customer service (contact center and message support). I am keeping this message short and expect a resolution (unlike only assurances and false promises that I got from customer support).
Since May 23, I am awaiting a delivery of remote control (BOSE Lifestyle 650 home entertainment system) item no – 743877 -0020. Since may Bose hasn’t been able to deliver it to me as stock is not available with them. I have had ~10 connects with customer service (phone and message both) and got multiple updates (right and wrong) of product availability, incorrect ETA and got back cover of the remote control today (instead of remote control as original order).
This product is not available with any of their retail partners (Walmart, Target and Best buy) as well. As a music and movie lover, i am not able to use my home theater system (despite paying a high price for it) due to remote control unavailability. Appreciate your attention and help in this regard.

Suggested solution:
They should delivery a new remote control to me within next 5-10 days. Also, they should revamp their customer support which is not at all effective in its current shape and form.
