My complaint:
I ordered 7 Star Constellation Projectors and a customized moon lamp on 103019 to give to my nephews and nieces this christmas. Two weeks later, projectors arrived in a flimsy gray plastic bag without any padding whatsoever. The boxes were open and dinged, some are torn. Products were strewn all over the bag with small broken parts noted. No moon lamp received at the time. Immediately contacted merchant. No response. Filed a complaint with paypal and merchant then offered partial refund of $209.93 out of the $289.88 total paid. I rejected offer due to I have not received the moon lamp and have not received any tracking from seller indicating the item was being shipped. Paypal settled the dispute in favor of seller stating that they understood I received defective products but that I was not entitled to buyer protection because one of the items in the same invoice was customized. Told paypal I still have not received the moon lamp and have not heard from merchant. Paypal told me I will have to contact merchant directly. I did but now they are not answering the one phobe they have on the website and they are not answering their emails. The products I received are defective, the boxes are open and torn, contents are strewn and several broken parts are noted all over the plastic bag when it arrived. Please see pictures attached.
Suggested solution:
I want the seller to provide an address where I can send these items back. Yesterday, I finally received the moon lamp $79.99) in good condition and i would like to keep it, however, I am requesting a refund of $209.93 ($29.99 x 7) for the 7 defective constellation projectors plus return shipping.
