My complaint:
I wa with Utilia and all of a sudden ive been changed to boost without my concent! I have spoke with management and been advised i wouldnt have to top up and it will take 12wks to transfer back to Utila! Ihave been disconnected twice given a number to top up but keeps being rejected. I have a 1yr baby with down syndrome and low immune system. Boost just keep telling me different things xx
Suggested solution:
Reconnect us and get us back to Utila!!!
