Bookmans complaint: Horribly rude staff member

My complaint:

Was in this evening trying to get a estimate on a antique machine and was told they won’t be about to review it tonight because it was late it was later as 930 so we are told to come back which was fine then I had a question of if I should leave the item behind or not and was met with an absolutely DISGUSTING attitude and remark saying WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE IT HERE!!!? I already told you the buyer cant see it tonight WHY would you leave it here. WHY would you think you can leave it here!!!?? I ALREADY TOLD YOU another day when he can review it! So take it home! I said he doesn’t have time tonight!…I was absolutely APPALLED by the way I was spoken to, the tone, the face, and the attitude. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in customer service at any place of business I have ever been to. This was a woman staff member at the Wilmot location and I absolutely plan to escalate this further because that is completely UNACCEPTABLE behavior and I would be MORTIFIED if I was the owner of Bookman’s having someone like that represent my store. There’s no reason to treat people like that, it’s just absolute DISGUSTING!

Suggested solution:

I think Termination of employment. Most possibly this woman has absolutely no business doing anything in customer service. I think she lacks total respect towards people and business integrity.
