My complaint:
I purchased a previously owned BMW in July 2019. At time of signing I received an IOU for the missing second key. It is now October 2020 and I have still not received the second key after numerous attempts: The salesman, did not respond (and eventually left Bayside); … who was assigned the task of replacing the key promised it would be sent – four times (all recorded in texts). Finally, I resorted to contacting Sales Manager; my messages (VM and written) have gone unanswered.
Suggested solution:
BMW of Bayside has a legal obligation to provide the key, as documented.
