My complaint:

Have used their website once; called twice to get a list of psychology providers that focus on grief and bereavement. Customer service is a hit or miss; sometimes helpful, sometimes rude. However, the lists that I was emailed result in either no availability when the provider is listed as having such or telehealth restrictions to certain counties when this is not on the provider profile.

High premium, individual plan but extremely poor service.

Suggested solution:

Assist in finding available providers.
