My complaint:
I ordered a bouquet for someone and was sent ation and a tracking number. When I checked, it said that the flowers had been delivered. No card was left at the address with information about where the flowers were.
When I contacted the company I wasn’t given any explanation and it was very disappointing as it was meant to be a nice surprise for the recipient.
The person I spoke to didn’t seem to want to clarify what had happened.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know what happened!
