My complaint:
In order 763212225 there was one stem in which the top of the flower head was completely severed and a second stem which was almost completely broken through (photo of latter is attached and can provide photo of former if required). The rest of the bouquet was lovely.
Suggested solution:
Main purpose of registering complaint is to aid quality control but if company decide to credit account towards future purchases that would be much appreciated.
