My complaint:
I’ve been going to this blink for two years and the front desk workers are always welcoming. it perks up my mood on a bad day.But on Monday around 10am on 11am there was a female employee with long dark hair who was there. she wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed like she had an attitude and proceeded to be on her phone.its happened before but i ignored it but it seems to be a consistent thing.I’ve seen her giving the same energy to the other employees. i find that kinda rude and unprofessional. people like that shouldn’t be working there

she need to fix her attitude.
