My complaint:
Got fired because i miss twice shifts that was posted on the works board. Which we all live in 2020 and have hot schedules and homebase app . As my GM promise to fix the issue instead of me worring about driving to work everyday to look at a poece of paper because schedules do change she fail to help me at all rather then help me piggy back ride the back house manager and just fire me . Once i was told never make a promise because u will forever be single but never in my life i would think my homebase faulty application would get me fire md because a GM refuse to uphold her promise after telling me she would. Smh
Suggested solution:
Nothing can be done just fix home base app or sign up with hotschedules . Or tell your managers live life without promises
