My complaint:
They froze my account and requested for information in order to enable my account which I have given them its been a year since I am trying to use my account and now they are ignoring me no response what so ever and I can’t trader access my crypto currencys
Suggested solution:
I need to move my assets to another provider this is scam I have seen they reviews they do it to everyone .
I need my money and my assets. Asap
