Bittrex complaint: ID verification issue

My complaint:

I opened my account 4 years ago and Bittrex didn’t require me to do identity verification only asked me to put a name without telling it had to be my real name.

About a week ago, suddenly I lost control over my account in my mobile, neither withdrawal nor making trades. Even worse, they disallowed my ETHBull holdings. I tried to do the verification, however they now saying that my ID didn’t match my profile name.

I have filed complaint to their support and also their official twitter, it’s now been a week without any progress. The market could change within any moment, without control of my assets, it’s really dangerous to lose.

By any means, those digital assets are mine not theirs , they can’t do this to me. At least should allow me to withdraw.

Suggested solution:

Complete my IS verification or allow me to withdraw my assets.
