My complaint:
Bittrex disabled my account a year ago for no reason, asking id verification. My id was too old and the verification could not pass.
To resolve this problem i requested a new id from the local authorities (had the same problem with many other online services).
Using my new id issued about 20 days ago, i managed to verify my identity to many online services like localbitcoins, binance, poloniex e.t.c.
At the same time i am trying again and again to verify my identity with bittrex using the same id that was accepted from everyone else and always fails. The last 20 days i have repeat the process using their software many times and always taking the same fail result.
In the support tickets they do nothing to resolve the problem. They just enable again the verification process to repeat it.
In the meantime the withhold my coins for over a year and do nothing to resolve the problem.
In one reply to my ticket the said that they will ask help from an expert (12 days ago) to do manual verification but in fact they did nothing. The expert the only thing that done was to ask me to repeat the verification process using their software that fails to recognize my id.
(My id is Greek, its not in type of card, but this is what we have in my country).
It seems that people in bittrex do not want to do anything to resolve the problem, they force me to repeat a process that fails again and again because their software possibly do not support my country’s ids. They just withhold my crypto this way.
Its more than 20 days, with daily tickets and they do nothing while in every other service i have complete the verification using the same id succesfully.
Suggested solution:
They have everything they need. I have send them my id, i have done the face recognition process several times. The problem is their crappy software (at least regarding my id) and they cheat saying that will do manual verification and do nothing more than sending me to use their software again and again.
They withold my crypto for no reason.
I also suggest to convert everything to bitcoin and send to an address i will give them if they do not want to activate my account.
