My complaint:
About years ago something terrible happens to me and the device that I used for trading on BitMEX has been stolen.
they ( the thieves ) tried to steal my funds on BitMEX, they change my Gmail account password and recovery options. after that, they deleted that so I never could restore it.
after a year of trying to recover that Gmail and contact with BitMEX they just keep closing all the tickets without a response and they act very unrespectable.
Suggested solution:
they just should ask me for my account information, my identity, or anything about the details of the account. I could prove anything they asked for. and if I prove them just recover my account
