My complaint:
Ive invested with this two companies (luno trade investment reference number Bx60UC7G3)and (bitfxtrade reference number BX49ERG9A) so this two companies they want me to pay upgrading fee s in order for me to get my profit something they didn’t tell me about in the beginning, luno trade investment I invested (1500ZAR) with the promise return of 15000kZAR now I have to pay upgrading fee of 3500kZAR and Bitfxtrade trade.
I invested 3000kZAR with a return profit of 33000k so now I have to pay upgrading fee of 15000kZAR in order for me to get my profit they I’m upgrading to classical account so now I’m stuck don’t know what to do.
Suggested solution:
Its either they return my investments money or they pay me my profit
