My complaint:

I was doing business with Publishers Clearing House paying a fee that was required for the delivery of my winnings. I was working with Pat Eckels their personal FBI agent who gave the Bitcoin Wallet number to use. I deposited $1,260.00 into the Bitcoin ATM to the correct Wallet number which was checked and rechecked several times…Mr. Eckels even sent me a copy of the transaction sheet where other fees from other people where paid. The numbers all matched. I called customer service three times if not more and talked to 2 women who said that the money was still there this was after 4 hours then one woman said she froze my account because the Wallet did not belong to me. I later called and talked to a man who stated that the funds were transferred at the time of the transaction but the funds never showed up in the Wallet.
What happened to my money…it has to show up somewhere because my wallet was correct. I kept working with the FBI agent the whole day and nothing showed up
