My complaint:
4 bottles of melatonin gummies received this morning, all bottles sent on their side and all gummies have stuck together in a mass. They were intended for my autistic grandson who will not cope as if used, would need to be cut with scissors. Obviously the method of transportation is unacceptable, as is the state of the gummies.
Suggested solution:
I would like them replaced
