My complaint:
Unbelievable. It has come to my attention that Joybox is actively preventing ‘Bingo Winner’ from functioning on Apple iPhones, despite its compatibility with iPads. This revelation exposes a severe breach of trust, as I have consistently deposited funds into a game on my iPhone, only to discover the inability to play or win. The fact that ‘Bingo Golden’ continued to accept my deposits, fully aware of the game’s non-operational status on my device, is outrageous. I previously downloaded and played ‘Bingo Winner’ on my iPhone via a website, demonstrating prior functionality. Your company is obligated to inform players of these critical restrictions. No player would willingly agree to terms knowing they are being systematically defrauded. I have proof of my deposits and I wish to come to some type of refund agreement. All the money I was depositing was going there for nothing and no possibility of even winning but definitely losing all the money. I want full refund for both of the games they scammed me for money!
