My complaint:
I have been playing Bingo Winner for a very long time but about the last two weeks I have noticed something odd. At first I thought I was mistaken about the previous total before I had a win because I would randomly notice that my balance wouldn’t increase. Then it started happening a little more frequently when I was playing. The past few days I have noticed that very large winnings (At least large for me) anywhere from $35 to as much as $75 of my winnings was not showing as added to my total amount. I didn’t get a screen shot because what would that actually show you?? Anyway I know that I’ve been cheated out of a minimum of $500 in winnings. Can you please explain to me why my winnings aren’t not being awarded to me? And yes the app is updated and everything else on my phone is running just fine.
Suggested solution:
Review my account and return my winnings to me. I know for a fact that just today I wasn't awarded at least $125 of winnings to my total on my account. But as I mentioned previously the total amount just within the past few weeks is well over $500.
