My complaint:
I had a total of $360 balance I withdrew $178 and my balance went to zero. I am missing almost $200.. I tried multiple times to contact customer service via chat, and nothing happened.
No one responded.. they only have automated chat response saying someone is looking into it but no one contacted me nothing happened Are you doing dumb?
Suggested solution:
I need someone to contact me and restore my $200 back to my account
