My complaint:
I bought tires and all top warrantys my tires have less than 10k miles and are bald big o refuses to honor their warranty the guy told my wife she had to buy a tire to get the warranty and he called me yelling and screaming at me I did everything there guy told me to even when it came to the alignment he said I had to have the top alignment so got it now I’m stranded in another state I done ran off the road twice due to bald tires I feel like big o stole my disability money from me
Suggested solution:
At this point I want what was promised by the warranty new tires of a deferent brand and compensation for the room and down time we tried to handle this over a month ago not even 1 star just horrible business and people who run it
