My complaint:

My food delivery from Big Bob Gibson bar b q in Alabama, a birthday gift to me from my sister in Corvallis, Oregon arrived here in New Jersey in very poor condition. I filed a complaint a week ago, and no response from the company to either the sender or me, the recipient. The order is 11860929, and it was a FedEx delivery Everything inside the box was totally defrosted and soft, and not wise to eat in that condition. They should be aware of this, and be ashamed.
