My complaint:
I went to the urgent Care clinic in Bibb county Al on 02 02 2020 and from the front desk clerk the nurse who got vitals the nurse practitioner and attending physician was extremely rude and the nurse practitioner was very unprofessional

I hate going to this urgent Care clinic and will hve to be desperate for medical care before I go. I have been treated like this the last few times I went and my visit yesterday was just crazy and so many members of the
community have also been treated similar and I would just like to see a change for others who have no choice but to use this rural clinic. If you have a prominent family name or profession The treatment for people like that get treated different
