My complaint:
Money held in an account. I was using the account and all of a sudden I deposited 500 pounds and straight after they blocked my account wanting me to do verification. They have put account on hold while doing verification process. I have sent all documents in which have passed. I have sent emails to complaints department with no reply or acknowledgment. The account has been on hold for 15 days now and no one can give me an answer.
Suggested solution:
When I have access to account to either bet or withdraw my finances. Even if I can withdraw my finances to reduce my balance to zero while they finish their checks.
