My complaint:
I have made a purchase in game of a season pass (mighty doom). I had some issues with some items of the season pass. I submited a ticket to the support client of Bethesda. They submited a refund request. Which was supposed to be refunded within 10 working days to my bank account. Once I realized that I haven’t received. I had to open a new ticket. I haven’t received any reply. Any solution. And even the refund. The support client haven been treating this matter poorly. With huge disrespect towards the consumer.
