My complaint:
I made a bet about overall football score and nowhere did it say that it was for the 90min only and didn’t included extra time. i lost my bet due to this and didn’t fine this fair when it didn’t say anywhere before i bet that it didn’t included extra time. i wouldn’t have bet if i know it didn’t included any extra etc
Suggested solution:
they could have let give me my money back and made change to the site to show that it didn't included extra time.
